Recently I gave away my book – Get Well, Be Well, Stay Well.

Get Well, Be Well, Stay Well by Seattle Life Coach William Wittmann

But…

The links to the videos inside the book don’t connect.  Bummer.

And so far I haven’t been able to repair them.  Bummer.

The Good News:

I have posted them on YouTube where you can watch them for free and get all the benefits.  Yeah.

Pass all them on if you wish.  They will be of benefit to  people even without the book.

The book is great, so people say; you can still get it for $2.99.

More Strategies for Navigating this Stress Storm

Three strategies help me return to sanity over and over during these weird stress inducing times.  I practice them daily to stay above water.  Mostly, well above.

  • Guided imagery. Read about it my blog post and download the audios.  I listen to them on my mobile phone.  They guide me to peace, love, and show me how to recruit magical support.

  • I draw using the Zentangle method daily or other forms. I believe strongly anyone can create Zentangles.  You have what it takes, I promise. The creators of the ideas believe there are no mistakes (how cool) and their aphorism sounds like music these days –

Anything is possible one stroke at a time.

Here’s the tangle I did today –

  • Don’t read the news. Especially, don’t watch it.  I discovered, or rediscovered, that I can get addicted to reading.  Little jolts of righteous anger or fear give me shots of internal chemical juices.   Clearly, I don’t need fear or righteous anger.

Much better –

Anything is possible one stroke at a time.

Oh, and go outside into Spring.  Celebrate Her return.

May you walk in beauty,

William
