It’s a free one hour podcast that will give you some useful tips, but more importantly, she gives you permission to market in your own way. 

You will get on a newsletter list that you can unsubscribe from if  it isn’t a fit.  I have liked everything I have purchased from her or read.  She’s a bonafide introvert and a successful marketer and a successful marketing coach. 

Even if you don’t have a business to market, you do need to present your ideas to teachers and bosses etc.  That’s marketing too.  And this information will help you.
