I recently caught myself resenting my husband for not having any impulses of his own to do anything around the house to help maintain or beautify our home. Before I let it get to the point of deep wallowing, I remembered to apply ho'oponopono to myself for creating this situation. Later that day, he came home and did a huge project, spending much time and energy on it. How amazing is that?
 
Similarly, a few days later, I caught myself resenting him for never finding time to do anything fun with us as a family (2 kids & me). I applied ho’oponopono once again, and lo and behold, out of the blue he suggested that we take a drive next Tuesday to Palouse Falls for a picnic! I am no longer as amazed by these results as I am deeply grateful for finally finding a way to deal with "problems" that used to drive me nuts.
