Honest, Healthy Fat Loss and Strength Training I have been working with fat loss and weight control for decades.  And I have worked with fitness even longer. Slim Jim Diet My body and I gain weight, add fat really easily.  I am sensitive to carbohydrates.  Very.  And I eat emotionally sometimes.  This makes for a tough combination if I want to maintain my high school weight. When I travel, I get fatter.  I visited the beloved Lesley in Santa Fe.  She cooks beautifully.  I eat.  I gain 5 pounds that trip.
