The Responsibility of Humor

Again, my goal for you – live a life you love wholeheartedly – body and soul.  Remember?

You have heard, no doubt, that laughing promotes good health.  Today, I will share the youtube Muppet Channel with you.

My daughter, Sasha, turned me onto this channel.

Laughing produces endorphins – happy brain chemicals that last.  Laughing produces other brain chemicals that promote health in other ways.

I love the Muppets in general and these videos in particular.  Enjoy.

  1. If you are sad or feeling uneasy start forcing yourself to laugh – inspite of everything. Keep your face laughing even if you don’t feel like it first.
Looking around you will then see things that are truly funny and slowly
you start laughing in the real sense. Keep it up and give it to your next ones.
You will immediately feel much better.

  2. Singing can move those facial muscles out of the doldrums, too. Any song will do, but the happier – or sillier! – the better.
