A member writes that she is a bit overwhelmed by all the stuff on the internet she has to choose from. I know you have the same pulls on your time and attention that she does.

Where should you and she spend your time?

Obviously, I teach people how to discern.

Here’s what I do and what I recommend to members and patients:

One) Recognize you can’t do it all or have it all. This is why you must learn to discern.

Two) When I turned 50, I realized there were more things that I wanted to do in this life than I had time to do them. I was going to have to chooseYou will, too.

Three) Listen to where your heart calls you. Or you gut. Then go there.

Four) The big life coaching aphorism says – Do more of what works and less of what doesn’t. Listen to your heart and your body.  They will reliably let you know which is which.

Remember, if what you choose doesn’t work, you can change your mind.

You can use these four notions to separate the gold from the dross.
Clearly, you need to learn to discern. Your choices are only going to keep coming. And expanding. I read a whole book on the problem of too many choices — The Paradox of Choice: Why More Is Less. I recommend it.

I recommend people go for what has depth, heart, substance, and long lasting magic.

Two More Ideas —

One) Rely on my research staff to sort for you. They bring me all the great stuff. I test it on myself in my life. Then I offer it to patients and members. This stuff has been sorted and tested. It works.

Two) Get and use the programs I offer at Body & Soul Mentor. They help you to find what has depth, heart, substance, and long lasting magic.

The most important of these is the Get Wealthy First Program. This amazing program helps you to gather, first thing, each day, the Deep Wealth of what has depth, heart, substance, and long lasting magic.

In fact the whole site does that.

Consider joining. You can read more here => Body & Soul Mentor

Listen and discern.

Blessings,

William
