I have been working with fat loss and weight control for decades.  And I have worked with fitness even longer.

I have coached people in those areas as well.  Mostly, I have referred people to great resources – books, healers, and coaches.

Now, I send people here – Metabolic Effect.

My doctor, Amy Hobson, went to school with Jade and Keoni Teta and suggested that I work with them.  I have been following their fitness and eating suggestions ever since.  And referred clients to their book.  (Read my experience with the Slim Jim diet.)

The boys have a neat history that intrigued me.  They both were fitness coaches in high school.  In high school.

Then they went to college and studied microbiology.

Then they looked for a medical school that was aligned with their love for and respect for natural healing and for individual differences in patients.  They found that John Bastyr University of Naturopathic Medicine fit the bill.

After they graduated, they put the marvelous  Metabolic Effect programs together.
