Dear William,

I've had many positive miracles occur since I received Simply Serene. I was estranged from my son-in-law, and my daughter was suffering because of the conflict of loyalties. Even though I refused to discuss the situation, I knew the husband was venting his spleen upon her.

A week ago, out of the blue, he called and asked if he could speak to me. My immediate internal reaction was to say there was nothing he could say that I wanted to hear. However, my new serenity stopped me and I agreed to meet him.

Of his own volition he apologized, then gave me the opportunity to tell him my grievances, and finally told me he was trying to change. This was after fourteen years of a sticky relationship which became too destructive for my own wellbeing. I came to the conclusion that it was impacting so much on my peace of mind that I called him one day and said I couldn't tolerate having him in my life anymore. I won't go into the reasons, which were mainly about lack of principles, but I was fully justified.

I tried Method I this afternoon during my lunch break, and the Method IV. A new US Courthouse on Stewart Street between 7th and 8th Avenues in Seattle has a lovely planting of trees around a reflecting pool and circular lawn in front of the building.
